Even if you kill him a bunch he'll just get farm somehow and destroy everyone, he gets an attack speed and attack damage steroid, and so much range so he can keep himself safe, any champion with good engage can give twitch enough time to melt them, it might be the items that make him strong. Such as runan's and yomuu's. Any thoughts?

And if he has positioning, you have several champions like Vi, Malphite, Alistar, Hecarim, hell isn't there a champion that does pretty much everything in the game? I can't seem to think of his name,
