Not including passives and auto-attack proc-ed abilties (like Nasus Q, TF or Kass W), Rammus has the only spell that deals damage to structures (His ult)
Personally I think there should be more, unless it is a big part of Rammus's niche, which I think it isn't
Note: I can't remember the last time there was a Rammus thread, is just an extremely underplayed champ, I see more Galios and Urgots in silver than Rammus

Iceborn Pippin1 votesYep basically his W turns into a nuke for towers. Not as great as it was in PBE in which the soldiers could repeatedly attack the turrets for more damage, but good enough.
