Please dont Adc If your laning phase consists of just standing in one spot auto attacking constantly
you make yourself easy to poke/picks. you end up pushing/extending making it even easier to get caught/ganked. you expect your support to make up for your laziness, and call it their job. you blame support whenever you die due to your laziness.
other things you probably do:
-dont check support or your mana bar before making a play
-forget to trink and force support to constantly remind you
-dont take note of enemy mid slowly creeping down the clearly warded river to gank us
-dont help me contest the river brush pink wards I buy(which you dont buy)
-dont even know what a rift scuttler is or what it does
-dont time enemy cds for windows of opportunity
-cower and run from winnable fights, and then yolo suicide plays
-forget that enemys have summoner spells too
-dont buy
until 40 min in
-overstay
-dont help your jg from invade/counterjungle
Things you should not do: -stand in one spot constantly auto attacking minions eating tons of poke weighing your support down.
Things you should do: -Attack-move...
Its called micro. There is micro, and macro. Macro is thinking of meta strategies like team comps, when to split, when to fight, when to take objective. Micro is how do it while you are doing it, in other words "skill".
A big fundamental of Micro is MOVING IN BETWEEN BASIC ATTACKS...
Ever been told to "kite them"? You may know what it is but do you understand how to do it correctly?
That is the difference between good and bad "Micro".
Micro is: -juking -dodging skillshots -landing skillshots -not missing smite -animation canceling -etc..
Macro is:
-checking to see if your support has mana
-map awareness
-pressing tab to see what the enemy is building
-buying
first against
-etc...

. If you don't, a hard engage support like Leona with ignite is more than enough to deal with her in lane. Even just causing them to waste a flash is successful.
