@Riot Fix Your New Match-Making

I'm completely sick and tired of the new champion select.

1. In the past games, the timer will sit at 0 seconds when a player is banning/picking, then a minute later it'll unfreeze and I'll out of nowhere have 1 second left to pick my champ. This has not ONCE happened to me outside of the new champion select, so saying it's my connection is not an answer.

2. I've picked top lane primary and jungle secondary 9 times in the past 2-3 days. ONE time have I gotten my primary, and support wasn't even the secondary. This is ridiculous

3. Sometimes, I get into queue the second I click Queue Up. Other times, I'm sitting for 4-7 minutes waiting to get into a match. This even happens when I'm going support. I'll get out of a queue cause somebody dodged and then I'm waiting this time. So... the queue doesn't pick people who have been going in and out of queues for the last 10 minutes? Ridiculous.

This stuff needs to be fixed, now.
