Champs that are currently and actually problematic (or very debated)

and not ones that just scale well into the game or have really solid early game (or are just strong, but balanced)

Everyone knows what's up with this little shit. 'weak early game' (buys flask and pots) 'weak early game' many bot lane champs were nerfed, and she was indirectly buffed (or at least that's what many say). Very controversial subject in the community's eye lately.

Questionable mention: Is she still a piece of shit? Idk. I actually havent seen her in a while. Point is still open.
