nope u can qss the knockup but not the actually targetting bcuz its not a debuff

Its a debuff when it get to you though. IMO u should be able to qss before knockup.

but it is only a debuff when it gets to you... its not a debuff if it is merely locking onto you

You can't cleanse knock-ups since they're a type of displacement effect.

You can cleanse the portion of the stun which occurs after the knock-up.

That's it though.
