I have a feeling that the nerf to BotRK for ranged

Is completely related to the power the item provides when combined with Runaan's Hurricane.

Dealing 8% current health to 3 targets is a lot compared to the 8% of one target's current health.

It is not a one or 2 champ thing. Ashe Kalista Kindred Varus Tristana and some others all got the effective 3 for 1 8% current health on hit from that item combo.

The item in general just gives a good power spike regardless of Runaans.

I blame this ass Lucian mostly of abuse of a item he is not supposed to build. That makes two items. item 3071 & they still build it!
