Phantom Dancer on Cho'Gath?
(As a last item, of course) It gives movement speed, and Cho can use that speed. It makes it possible to move through units, and with stacked Cho's immense hitbox it can be very helpful. It gives attack speed, which works nicely with Cho's E and with titanic hydra. It gives damage reduction, which stacks with Cho's innate tankiness. It gives crit chance, which Cho can't really use.
