Question about Lux ult

How exactly is it healthy gameplay? you get a double (not hard to do) when you build the typical CDR/AP and it goes down to like 8 second cooldown, this happened when I played her in ARAM like 2-3 days ago, so please, elaborate how this is healthy for the balance.

Dodge it.

For aram lux is definetly too strong. But aside from aram: You can dodge her spells, especially the ultimate. And yes, you can ultimate after you hit your q, but the target still has a lot of time to use either qss+sidestep or zhonyas.

Not every champ builds those things.

Every champ can build MR though. Lux ult is actually her weakest spell, it provides nothing but damage, granted it's a good amount of damage, but still. If you don't eat a Q, her ult is easy to dodge and doesn't do as much damage without her passive being on you.
