Skarner is being trashed by the Raptor experience nerfs

The rework of the jungle helped Skarner a lot. Particularly that Raptors (a big AoE camp) gave a bunch of experience. Now it's shifted to Krugs. Here's the issue. Skarner's passive grants him stats when he's near his crystals, but those crystals don't reach the Krugs camp. This camp already takes the longest to clear, and in Skarner's case, takes even longer because he lacks the Attack & Movement Speed to get there and clear them effectively. Since the preseason dropped, ignoring Krugs on Skarner was ideal unless you had literally nothing else to do, but now this change is going to absolutely trash his jungle clear. Skarner can clear EVERY other camp on the map with the reliability of his crystal buff (even Gromp can be kited into it, which is still more efficient than not doing it).

tl;dr: Revert the Raptor change or give Skarner a crystal that reaches Krugs so this change doesn't trash his clear times.

Edit: And before anyone tries to point it out as if it changes anything, proccing Fracture to get one second of his passive is not a real solution.
