Do you want to actually WIN a ranked game?
This is a question everyone should be asked when they queue up to play a ranked game.
Why?
Because I am sick of getting Season PLATINUM Jinxes who can't farm a wave. Or who can't target a Kalista over an Alistar.

It doesn't matter what level of ELO you get to, i'm pretty sure you're going to have to hold hands with these dumbasses, and call shots by pinging targets at all times. I've always had the same issue.
