At least make him not heal 15 HP bars with no AP whatsoever.
Lest he becomes Vlad 2.0.

DW I'll keep banning him every game.
Problem is my sustain is pretty minimal when E costs 8% of my health and W does no damage. Akali and Sylas have much more sustain than me.
