@riot about aatrox "blades of torment" possible name change ?

aatrox E is named blades of torment however it does nothing blade like or tormenting like (liandrys) would it be possible to rename it to darkin wave

if not would it be possible to do something like the name suggest (apply on hit effects ? ) torment enemies and deal a % of aatrox health blah blah
