It's not. There is a big difference between doing drag at level 12 and baron at level 12. Baron does more damage, applies a debuff and takes longer when the enemies respawn timers are shorter. It is not just as easy to take baron as it is an elemental drag for a reason. Stop trying to take it so early.

Swollwonder1 votesOh I know it's possible. But thinking "hey its 25 minutes and we got one whole person on there team and the games pretty equal LETS GO FOR BARON INSTEAD OF DRAG" is just dumb. I see it all the time. Honestly at my elo people make way better use of drag anyway as well.
MunchCrunchLunch1 votesnobody should ever take dragon early unless they kill 2+ members and are ahead. 20 minute drags always if ever. happen after a team fight ace. technically speaking evenly. you should never take baron if enemy has huge aoe potential or if the jungler is alive and near you.
