Ruby sight stone Replenish

I think the price should stay the same but wards should replenish ever 120 seconds on ruby ss. I stay on field a lot and it sucks to have to have to travel back to base as a support just for sight stone. I also find little reason to kick up for ruby ss when I have other things to buy with low support money. Of course I like other peoples ideas to add enchantments to ss. That'll happen. : (
