Why are Rioters above the law? (So to speak)

Why do Rioters never get restrictions? Are their accounts put on a list that can never be restricted just because they work at Riot?

I had a Rioter friend that I had to remove recently BECAUSE he was so disgustingly toxic and apparently he's been like it for 3 years and no restrictions, ever.

This guy rages at his team when they die, calling them stupid, sometimes asking if they are ''ok'' mentally. When he dies he spams All chat, claiming that it was bullshit how he died and that the enemy was really lucky and that's the only reason he died.

I have even reported him a few times while playing because of his behaviour in game.

To add to this. He got boosted a few weeks ago by a Diamond smurf. No matter how much he tried, he could NOT get out of Silver so using his powers of being a Rioter, asked one of his Diamond friends to carry him and the Diamond got him to Gold straight away without losing a single game.

This Rioter. Abuses players. Rages all day. Gets boosted.

No punishment, at all. Nothing!!

Why are Rioters above the law? Should we not all be held to the same standards?

EDIT I am not allowed name and shame a normal player because the thread will get deleted. What do you think will happen if I name and shame a Riot employee?

Riot probably has some BS policy about handling employees a certain way every company does.

I doubt that you're telling the truth but if you are then you can get Riot employees banned. There have been threads either here on Boards or on Reddit that got Riot employees banned for being toxic. Why don't you just post a screenshot and block out the name but leave the Riot part so that everyone can see it was a Riot employee but the thread won't get deleted for naming and shaming?

a certain Police Official's son causes an major accident and being the great dad he is, he tries to sweep it under the rug.... most organizations do that to save face, but sometimes they do end up doing inhouse cleaning

while i agree about fairness, perhaps this isn't the right venue for your revelation.... perhaps for resolution you should go to somewhere more public.... like the press?
