Spazzing out in spawn.

Not sure if anyone else has experienced it but I experience it nearly once every game. This glitch only happens when I spawn on the right/top side of the map (Red side?).

While sitting in spawn I click the bot tower on the mini map to target where I want to go. My character then walks into the right wall at fountain and kind of vibrates or something. The character model just spazzes out and I have to press 'S' then click the middle of fountain to reset my character before then clicking the mini map again and my character goes there instead of spazzing.

Gets very irritating when I click the mini map to go somewhere and then watch other lanes while going to my lane. I then realize 10 seconds later my character in being an idiot in spawn and I just lost a lot of gold/exp to tower.

Anyone else get this?
