As a top laner: Thank god for those jungle and adc changes

Everything is so much more fun now in top lane,

I've had more lanes with fewer ganks from boths sides, I've gotten to go 1v1, had super fun lanes of 5/5 against mechanical champs. Had success with split pushing, and I feel like I don't need to dedicate half of my item pool to killing the enemy adc or supporting my own.

I feel more autonomous and i hope the other lanes get to get their core feeling back as well.

I shouldn't be forced to play the champs from your role. You were never forced to play mine. Nuff said

In your match history it seems to all be mages and assassins... which I have been forced to play many times over

When lethality was strong, every bruiser and diver became an assassin by virtue of 1shotting people

when mages are strong, we are forced into picking mages, especially when autofilled support.

I didn't say to force anyone to play anything, I said I'm sick of busted ass ADCs ruining the game for everyone else.

And I'm saying that more power to other roles is healthy, and making them all cancerous might actually empower them all

I don't care if yasuo is broken if i'm equally as broken

hell i giggled when the new runes hit and i saw supersonic hecarim

I'm just going to copy paste this. Adc was never actually the problem it's all to do with how supports are valued and the fact that they provide way to much shielding and healing via design flaws from riot.

It's so sad, literally all of you have no idea what you're talking about. Adc win rates are only decent because people are still trying to make them work. People pick marksman because it is what they are comfortable with and someone literally has to win every game. A more accurate measure would be win rates of bruisers bot lane vs standard ads. This is because the problem currently with Adc is not it doesn't stomp lane stomp game. It's that it's agency in any game is legitimately the least in the game of every role. Such that the entire concept of a ranged marksman itself is nigh unviable. The nerfs were far to serious and, fortunately, riot seems to be realizing this if you look at the dev corner. Moreover, the notion that ADC was ever "Broken" is legitimately imbecilic. Adc was always meant to be a glass cannon. It does the most damage, rightfully, because you can kill it the easiest. The problem around ADC was that supports have always been judged by how large their shields are and power creep, in order to make support satisfying, ended up blowing their power level out of proportion IE Making Adcs unkillable. Ironically, if you look at most high elo games, many games are now decided by junglers running around with, ironically, way to much damage and a bunch of lulu/janna/soraka buffs. In short, it has never been about the actual Adc.

In fact, it's legitimately disgusting that any of you are flaming him. Your argument is entirely founded on faulty logic and "Statistics". Most of your argument is derived from watching far too much Hashinshin.

Supports definitely play a role in it, but before the ADC changes, a 50% crit tristana with a bloodthirster was almost impossible to catch or kill, meanwhile she was reliably killing everyone, tristana is my example because of how common she gets at times. The same is true for any crit adc however, be it Draven, Caitlyn, or fucking crittlesticks

"Have no idea"

First off, I'm not against the ADC concept, I don't like how it is actively MANDITORY in games, no other class is ever that important, Even support has three subclasses with vastly differing playstyles

Mid lane has most of the mages, as well as most of the assassins

Jungle gets strong leaders, but otherwise there are still multiple types of junglers who are viable

ADC is 'required', With a non-duelist jungle, your team stands an actual chance somewhere within 5% of the 50/50 margin

With a lulu top, or a garen mid, your team stands within 5% of the 50/50 margin

With no adc you team stands at something like 30% win chance. So yeah, fuck that.

the feeders in my blind pick games are right, Zed/Riven/Malzahar instead of an adc shouldn't completely shit on your team's chances of winning so hard that it becomes nearly impossible even if the 'troll pick' stomps lane.

Ironically, if you look at most high elo games, many games are now decided by junglers running around with, ironically, way to much damage and a bunch of lulu/janna/soraka buffs. In short, it has never been about the actual Adc.

Jungle just got power removed because it was an acknowledged fault that jungle and bot lane were completely overshadowing the combined worth of mid/top lane.

supports also need some rebalancing, but frankly i'd rather the adc and support are both weak as individuals and strong as a team than making either super strong at all.

In fact, it's legitimately disgusting that any of you are flaming him. Your argument is entirely founded on faulty logic and "Statistics". Most of your argument is derived from watching far too much Hashinshin.

I didn't flame anyone, you called me disgusting and assumed i watched hashinshin

Honestly Your entire argument is more or less invalidated by the fact that you jumped to finger pointing and accusations as opposed to sticking with your counter arguments, which are legitimate to an extent, but still have glaring faults, which are extremely visible from my perspective: Adcs got enough gold: it fucking sucked for literally everyone else, Adcs didn't get enough gold: It literally sucked for everyone else. Team game doesn't mean 4 supports and a magic carry rockstar, and that's what adcs became.

Now with these changes slowing down jungle snowballing, and rebalancing the way that adcs become strong, we see the ability to be having a drawn out, but good and tied, fun, and engaging lane phase in top lane, without at 4,6,and 7 minutes having enemy jungle hitting us, and at 9 minutes their bot lane is also in our lane. That's teamwork sure, but it's teamwork around game design issues that many people disagreed with.
