Solo lane tahm kench outdamages and outsustains every single champion in the entire game

There's no counterplay whatsoever. He builds pure tank items while dealing so absurdly high base damage only a full build Master Yi or Olaf can even hope to deal damage to him and live to tell the tale. No champions can deal with him early-mid game, whether melee, ranged or mage. His mana costs and cooldowns are both so low he can spam his spells forever in lane, his passive stacks last so long he can afford to miss without them falling off and his Q slows for such a long duration one hit equals a kill in lane. Turrets are completely useless against him - he can afford to tank multiple hits even at the very start of the game because his devour deals so much damage his opponent will die before he does anyway.

How is this fine? Even champions like Fiora, Illaoi and Vayne can't lane against him!

His only counterplay is "gang up against him and flash away when he gets 3 stacks on you". You can't push him to turret because he has no trouble tanking minion waves and if you leave turret range and get hit by a single Q you're dead. There's no lane interaction at all - you're lucky if he lets you stay within exp range of dying minions, even more so if you have a spell with such a long range you can toss it at them from time to time. Seriously, there are NO CHAMPIONS IN THE GAME that can lane against him! Why is he allowed to remain like this? Even supposedly natural counters like Cho'gath, Darius and Urgot can't even farm in lane against him.

Why does he have to be like this when in a solo lane, yet utterly useless as a support? Isn't that what he is intended to be? And if the goal is changing him into a top lane lane bully, can he actually have some changes made to enable lane interaction? He's bullying lane opponents out from the very start of the game - literally level 1.

Have you tried disengaging after he gets 2+ stacks on you? Are you using minions to block his q? are you even trying to dodge his q?

Also did you punish him pre lvl 4? when his q is an 8 second cd, and only does 80 dmg before your magic resist comes into play?

You can't really disengage as his Q slows you for such a long duration you have to dash or blink to get away. Tahm can simply walk over minions. Tahm's Q hitbox is quite wide for its long range, and most top laners have rather large hitboxes.

Tahm's Q applies his passive on top of it's innate damage. So while it does in theory deal 80 magic damage, to champions it deals 80 + 1.5% of tahm's maximum health PER STACK applied to his target. So if he has basic attacked them once, his Q will deal 80 + 3% of Tahm's max HP magic damage to his opponent. This typically amounts to something like 130 magic damage, give or take.

If tahm q`s you when he has 2-3 stacks on you at lvl 1 and you still haven't damaged him (he is incredibly squishy without his e) then you made a huge mistake.

His wide hitbox means its even harder for him to hit you when you are ducking around your minions at medium range, you roughly always wanna be atleast at the distance of darius q (outer circle/axehead) That's where its easiest for you straff around the minions and he is either forced to walk through or go around in order to auto / q you.

Even when he starts getting extra points into his q, if you can prevent him from landing it, he isn't going to do nearly as much damage as he would to you....

And if you are playing too well he might even be forced to just try to eat you so he can reposition you to somewhere he can q you (his W removes stacks and guts his dps by itself, but if he cant land q on you he is better off using it to force a q)

Once his W is used you're already dead. Even if you're building full magic resist it'll still chunk you for 200-400 magic damage depending on how much health you have, meaning you've already lost the duel. Especially with the changes to his W cooldown. Tahm's passive can be applied near instantly as he basic attacks, Qs and basic attacks again. (Did you know his Q is a basic attack reset akin to Riven, too? Even without attack speed runes (which he should be using) he'll still be able to apply the full passive to you in roughly 1.2 seconds.)

The only champion i've been able to go even with tahm as is Olaf, since his passive is such a huge stat stick Tahm can't keep up even with his shield bubble. But i haven't actually faced any good tahm players yet, so i don't know what the champion is truly capable of - all the players i've met so far were ones with very little experience on him "abusing the OP". Even with less than 10 games on him you can still easily carry a game as Tahm, unless the enemy team has a very fed long-range mage or hyper mobile anti-tank Vayne Kaisa

Tahm W does very little damage unless you are maxing it first against an enemy with 0 mr for some reason lol....Its only dangerous when combines with q.

You think Tahm is hard to deal with now, you should've seen him on release.
