Azir Broken Soldiers

Okay, normally I don't care about Azir cuz I don't play against him. I eat him alive on a normal day. But, today was different. I was trying something different. Mid. And I am doing it with a champion I have never used before. Annie. I picked up the basics of Annie and proceeded to do pretty decent at the beginning of the match farming and getting kills. Now I am not new to league, even though I don't know everything, but I am no half wit when it comes to picking up a new Champion. Annie is fairly easy to play and I liked her right away. But she isn't the problem, nor the reason for this post. Azir. I think he is pretty decently balanced in most ways. what I can't understand for the life of me: why can't you target his sand soldiers? The ONLY untargetable summoned minions in the game. And they lunch for you like a Skill shot, but with little to zero chance to dodge because of no indicators. I have tried playing Azir, wasn't for me. That's fine. I'm not mad I can't play him. Totally cool with that. However, A Summoned minion that can extend reach, can't be targeted or killed, can avoid turret shots while poking away at champions and minions, reaches really far even without Azir, AND GET"S THREE OF THEM!! This isn't broken? How is it fair to Yorick, Annie, Heimerdinger, Elise, and all the others that can Summon minions but don't have those bonuses? Like seriously? Can ANYONE explain this to me?

Azir's entire kit revolves around his sand soldiers, thats what separates him from the rest of the minion users, while some people do heavily rely on their minions at some points Malzahar, only Azir NEEDS his minions to do pretty much anything.

Yorick ?

Yorick's spells DO have other effects, even though he relies heavily on his ghouls, he's not completely helpless without them.

His soldiers are his spells. (like any other mage) only difference is that it works off of auto attacks, and yet that doesn't make less mage.

And unlike heimer. he's 100% reliant on his soldiers as all his spells save for his ult. Operate with them.

Yes his soldiers are powerful since they can't be targeted. That's his thing. And he sacrifices enough power elsewhere to make that balanced.

And he's a hundred time nicer to lane against than when he could knock you up and burst you without consequence no matter what champion you were, and fighting back was completely impossible because he'd shove you into his tower with zero counterplay. Impossible to even flash his wall. Ganking him was giving him a double kill.

Welcome to Shurima.
