Can Enemies Get a Way to Tell if Pyke's Ult Reset?

As far as I know, there's no way to tell with complete certainty whether an enemy Pyke's ult has reset. Obviously you would know it if Pyke killed someone with his ult, but since his resets behave so oddly, it's hard to know whether a Pyke wasted his ult on an already dead target or if he got a reset because they died right after the X appeared.

To be honest sometimes when i play Pyke i myself dont know when the reset happens. Sometimes I kill an enemy with my R and for some reason it doesnt reset.

Nope because you should time CD and all that shit of your enemies and if there's a reset you must see when he gets the kill to know it.

If you see who got the cut in the kill feed (the border around the icon) or pyke got the kill, youll know.

If the target dies during the final blow from below, the ability resets aswell, and Pyke himself gets the cut.

As a reference, is the X beneath the target as it dies, it will most likely reset.

You can easily. Either he has the killing blow with his image surrounded with a Blue line or he's in the assist again surrounded by a blue line.

You can tell if pykes ult reset, his eye will start glowing similar to how Team Fortress 2 Demomans eye glows when he has a head for a few seconds.
