Metalrichdog3 votesThose nerfs were targetted at a specific part that made him stronger than he should be. Now I'm going to get downvotes for this, but he really isn't that overbroken right now. His laning phase was the main problem, and if he can't just snowball out of control, he will still take a while to ramp up like his old self (which wasn't seen as broken). His old self could pop out without the ability to be seen and literally walk past a team if they didn't have vision and immediately blow up the backline; now Twitch has to take a more strategic approach which led to an increased stealth time (unseen consequence-> better ganking). The better your ward coverage and vision, the more counterplay there is against this new version of Twitch (does help to put your main damage in the middle rather than on the outskirts as you would usually do). As a result, Twitch is very similar to his old self, but people just didn't play against him enough to get used to him and as such he seems more broken than he actually is.

He now has a kit issue, not a numbers issue, riot fucked up. Though I'll agree he isn't over bearing. Twitch and vayne aren't issues so much with twitch and vayne as they are everyone else being garbage becuase of the nerf parade throughout season 6.

Ïnsidious1 votesWhat exactly about his laning phase is OP? He can't harass effectively because he'll OOM, and he will lose most solo trades in the early game. If you let him get fed, of course he will get big, but if you can kill him once in lane or put him at a significant cs disadvantage he will just feed his ass off and not be able to do anything, because unlike Vayne, who in preseason was complained about as much or more so than Twitch, because her percent health damage allowed her to scale into late game regardless of how behind she was.
If you can beat twitch in lane, and you should be able to because his laning phase is weak, you should be able to beat him throughout the game.

Agreed, as a twitch main the W change is what put him over the top when it came for laning. One of his weaknesses was that he didn't have a means of wave clear. With his W now staying in a single area and accumulating stacks on minons or champs who stay in it, you wait for the minions to get 4 or of 5 stacks on them, E then clean up what ever hasn't been killed yet.

Well thats the problem.He reaches late game after 2 items.(IE+huricane) just like vayne.
