Tactics to beat Rengar

Although in all seriousness, you shouldn't rely on champion-specific counters to balance a champ.

I used to main rengar for S4 so I can tell you that the best way to beat him besides proper warding is to outlast him. Personally I play what I like to call hypercritical rengar because I have two ad items three attack speed/critical items and one movespeed item and really the only champion I had trouble killing is oddly enough jax. His stun and dodge make it hard for rengar to deal damage fast enough. Also pink wards help but if ren has full stacks of his passive and his ult he can delete your squishies faster than your team can react. Ex before I gank I'll max out fury on a camp then run at your back line since rens ult generates fury after he breaks stealth you can easily beast out two empowered abilities to fit the situation. And if your team joins in he will burn his w and gain bonus armor and mag res. So like I said the overall best way to counter him is to focus him first or to outlast him in a duel and if you can't do either then try to stun him before he kills you and run away. Just don't use any bushes

Wait til mid to late game when he falls off. Fight him when he has no fury bars. Don't fight by bushes. Counter jungle rengar if you have the right champs to counter jg with urdy, lee,vi. Vi is the best counter to him overall due to the fact that he has good dueling and doesn't fall off as much in the late game as rengar. Also you could use warwick but I don't recommend him bec he has no gap closers besides his ult.

Well rengar mains bltch about pink wards,but not even pinks can stop right click gap closer and mashing keyboard to deal 1000 damage in less than 1 seconds.

As an adc you buy the pinkward upgrade, place it in your team and then cc him. Also you buy a guardian angel since Zhonyas is far to unreliable. Also you don't play low mobillity champions like Jinx. And you don't splitpush alone when you have no idea where he is. Around objectives you place pinkwards so he can't just jump on you for free. When you have ga he might kill you still but atleast he will be dead by the time you are resseructed again.

Rengar exploits Solo Queue extremely hard.

He is countered by your team roaming as 5, which people don't like to do in YOLOMODE.

This is why he isn't competitively viable but is an absolute monster in solo queue.

ult on top of your carries. ult on top of your carries. ult Rengar away, he's getting buffed so that should be easier. Pulverize and Headbutt.

You just have to play extremely co-ordinated and make sure that Rengar doesn't get fed before teamfights or else he'll delete you guys anyway.

Also Pink Wards and Oracle's Lense helps to predict where Rengar is if he gets seen during his ult, helps to time your CC on him better. usually required one good hard CC and your carry to dash away and he can't chase afterwards.

Go Corki or Ez adc and build Zhonyas and then have a 0.0001 reaction time.

Walk away. I'm dead serious here. If he's not in a bush, his only gap closer is his ult, which is unwieldy as fuck. He has his E, which is a skillshot that gets caught on minions all the fucking time. Never mind that the range of his pounce is actually so small that unless you're standing very close to the bush, he won't be able to reach you.
