Need Tips/Tricks into reaching Diamond+ [Help]

Anyone in the higher Elo have any tips/tricks for me? Going to need some help here. At the moment, Gold 4 and is ADC's. Playing a lot of . Any thing will do.

I would like to know too when you get these massive feeders and afks in most games being in bronze tier and well I am b3 to be specific. Starting to believe elo hell is a real thing though I usually play top and jungle way more top though since I always have it has my primary, should I perhaps get good at carry roles to even get out of bronze to begin with?

Bronze is easy to get out. But with the new system, it's not that hard, but it gets annoying. Bronze I've gotten out of, but the problem is how DQ is portrayed at the moment. Being in a room with premades kind of ruins the experiences of the game, even if it's normal. I got out of Bronze just SoloQ'ing, but after that it has gotten a bit tough with DQ. Any role can carry, support is kind of hit/miss. ADC's is the role you can carry, while the rest you can, but not as hard as an ADC. Top/Jungle is a carry role, but more difficult because you are going against mostly counters. With the feeders/afk's, just report and move on. If you can't reach out of Bronze, find a team or a group of people who are willing to get out.
