Preface: I love bard. I love playing him, I have some good moments and he's my #1 support atm.

Teeter Dance2 votesIf they did that, they would probably have to nerf the instant heal considerably, or give it a longer cast time, because then he could insta heal on the adc in lane for a lot of health during a fight.
and if they nerfed the insta heal, what would the point be of having charges, when they already have to ramp up over time to be most effective.

Truly Prideful1 votesThis is something I asked for a lot when he came out. It would turn them into a different tool once lane phase is over. You could pop 3 consecutively on your ADC to help them kite something or out maybe speed up your Darius. I wouldn't mind them losing something off of their minimum heal and having it shifted to be better at the max cook time just for charges.
