Things such as Veigar ult or Jhins 4th shot. works off of hp lost and some other champs/items i think have this as well. When Kled jumps of Scarll.... it assumes hes full hp when I blast him. I mean it is Kleds full hp. Maybe he just completely counters Veigar who knows. Also things like Vaynes condemn or Teemos shrooms counter Kleds ult. But... veigars sheild does not?

Event Horizon deals no damage, and while charging he is immune to CC, sot that sounds intended too.

Technically it happens with every new champion, except Kled fits in the same role as Illaoi, a champion who builds beefie and AD'ie for damage massacre. Shame i can't recall if the Tank meta even when your not a tank still 'existed' in its current 'rotation' when Illaoi was released, she's still strong at the moment and in the same regard, just as oppressive to play against as a Darius or other massacre zoning champion in top lane.
