Why is QSS unable to cleanse Teemo blind?

If QSS worked on Teemo's Blind, then it should also work to one-shot Lee Sin.

Seriously though, all Blind does is make your AA's miss. You can still move and use abilities, so QSS doesn't apply.

It's because a large percentage of top laners AA, so it kinda is a "fuck you" to (for example), (well okay, not such a bad thing with Fiora, cause fuck her)

You can, I did it while under a silence AND BC effect, removed both

It does count. Blind is the Silence of AA's (though you can still try to AA, but it's not gonna do anything).
