Indeed.

He just received some heavy mechanical changes to his W.

He should be left alone for 2-3 patches to give people a chance to learn the new W.

If after that he is still weak, buff him.

Rush buffing him is a serious mistake.

he actually got no crit on w no ignite and also he dont got the old passive on ulti who gives you 20% more dmg on enemys you hit ulti
