I've had Mordekaiser try to "adc" my bot lane in ranked 4 times and each time was 20+ deaths from bot lane into an inevitable loss. Giving players the impression that he belongs bottom after removing his bonus XP is absolutely dreadful. If I had 5 bans, I'd start banning him every game simply so I don't get him on my team.
Disable or Fix him for top lane, where he should be.

He needs to not go bot. I'm fine with having him Top/Mid. Bottom lane Morde is hot garbage.

I haven't seen Morde go even a single time in months. Either people don't know how to play him or only mains can. Either way, he got super dumpstered and put out zero damage all game. Vayne just took his tower from him while Morde and Blitz just stood there. I've actually started dodging when I see him picked because he is just a drain on my LP.

It's shame I didn't have you. Instead I got the "it'll be ok" then he was 2/10 at 13m. Straight picked morde into thresh/vayne. Vayne just worked him. He got pinned to his tower at least 4 times and killed. I asked him to pick something else into Vayne.
