Last time i checked there were rules in champions that made them Viable but not too op....
Poppy does tremendous damage and can still be the tankiest SOB in the game..... Can we reduce her numbers please? she has hard cc already..

Ralanr2 votesAll of her damage is incredibly conditional, as is her CC. If she can't knock you into a wall then she won't be able to deal the full amount of damage she does.

I was killed early game because we were on red side so poppy easily wall banged me. When I looked at my death recap all of poppy's abilities did over 100 damage while Quinn was doing less than 100 on all of hers >_>
