Sion's Q - R cancel should be used as a good example of outplay potential

I feel like as of right now, outplay potential comes down to who has the most dashes and when they use it to effectively dodge skillshots. (which is a fair thing btw)

With that being said, i think that Sion's Q - R cancel should be seen as a good example of outplay potential as well. Considering you take a risk in standing still for 4 seconds, and still have the potential of missing your Q.

So, me predicting someone will flash out of my 1st Q, serves as outplay potential without requiring a dash or mobility of some sort.

Abilities that can have a huge impact on the game with good prediction capabilities yet put you at risk are basically what this is

yeah, pretty much. Considering CC can still cancel your second Q out, and you've lost 4 seconds worth of damage.

Sion Bot, I used that Q+R exploit to outplay people, it was so great while it lasted. My mana kept depleting but I could outplay EVERYONE. I was thinking about making a thread about this topic, also with visual representation. Im well sophisticated in video editing, so I'd offer some alternatives too (like stacking Q like annie, and 4rth Q charge time is way faster)
