About the New Changes to Evelynn...
Passive: Evelynn's spell hits on enemy Champions reduce the cooldown of Dark Frenzy by 1 second
Can someone please explain to me why Riot thought this would be a good change for Evelynn...giving her a slightly reduced cooldown on a skill that REFRESHES on a kill? It's just completely unnecessary.
The previous passive felt much more cohesive to her kit in terms of sticking power. Why give Evelynn reduced cooldown when she already has a better form in her kit?
