Team autobalance

Soooo I just played a 3vs5 game and it just wasn't fun at all... It would be nice if there was something added in the game that would make unfair 3vs5 into 3vs3 games, or if there were slot filling where another player could take the disconnected player's place. It'd be a dream come true because I wouldn't have to go through all these shenanigans all the time.
