Is this game rigged?

I keep going on winning streaks where I get korean smurfs or I go on losing streaks where my entire team feeds and I get trolls? Like, I'm playing against all these Fizz players as Fiddlesticks and I win every time???? What is this????

Of course it is.

The explanation here:

http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/BGK04ZB9-riot-why-you-lying-to-us-at-least-be-consistent-in-your-lies

Riot itself is telling you that the system is rigged. As soon as your progression becomes over average, the system starts to fuck you ass. You can be good enough to win those unfair games, but it doesnt change the fact that they are unfair.

This game is 100% rigged. It is designed anything but fair. Design to fuck you if you have more than 50% win rate. It will either pair you with noobs where the auto system will put player in random positions they dont want. IT will pair you with notorious afkers. You can play your hearts content you will not climb. Riot advertises that they want you to climb. What they really want you to do is TRY to climb. So sick of this bullshit from RIOT. Only people that do well are the ones that either advertise their games on things like twitch or other social media, or professional players. If you are bronze to diamond you are getting fucked out of your pocket. Once you have most champs and skins, they will fk your account so you open new account to start over.

Hello Tworie,

When we play we remember the win streaks and the loss streaks a lot more that we remember when the frequently vary.

For example, if we say 20 games went win, win, win, win, win, win, loss, win, loss, win, win, loss, loss, loss, loss, loss, win, loss, loss, win, in that order.

You are more likely to remember the 6 wins at the start and the 5 losses in the middle than you are the varying wins and losses between them.

This is because constantly winning (or loosing) again and again, has a more emotional impact on us making up feel good when constantly winning and bad when constantly loosing, where the varying games don't continue to increase that emotional impact.

As such you are less likely to remember the regular changes between wins and loss, therefore feeling like it is going between win and loss streaks without much variation in between.

Assuming matchmaking is working as intended, you should have an equal chance of winning and losing. If you look at sequences where you have two possible outcomes of equal odds, you'll see some streaks of repeated results. Just as an example, here are the results from 20 generated numbers from random.org from 1-2 1, 2, 2, 1, 1, 2, 1, 1, 1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 2, 1, 2, 1, 1, 2, 1

Replace 1s with wins, and 2s with losses, and it'll look like a majority of players match history.

Nop, that's not true. 10 win/loses in a row are more than common nowadays.

Still, I dare you to calculate the probability of 10 wins/loses in a row when the chances are 50-50 as you say it works. This system does NOT work like that. You DONT have a 50% chances to win a game, still, the game will try to force you into a 50% win/loss ratio using rigged matches.

That's the reason I dont play rankeds. No thank you, you want to rig the matches, rito? ok, then play your game you with yourself, I wont play that shit.

10 win/lose streaks aren't "more than common". That's just a complete lie. If you're winning as often as you're losing, that just means matchmaking is working as it should, placing you against players of equal skill level to yourself so you have relatively even chances of winning and losing. If you go on a lucky winstreak and raise your mmr a bit, then go on a lose streak right after and get brought back down to where you were before, that's not rigged matchmaking, that's matchmaking that's trying to place you where you actually belong. If you lose consistently against people in the higher bracket you were lucky and got into, it just shows that you're not at that level yet. You can pretend there's some conspiracy and riot is just holding everyone back from climbing though if you want. Blaming an imaginary force outside of one's control is definitely easier than admitting they're not as good as they think they are.

Yes, those streaks happen all.the.time.

The 50% w/l ratio doesnt mean shit about matchmaking and mmr fairness.

I dare you, calculate the probability of 10 win/loses in a row at a 50% chances of winning/losing and write it here. You are WRONG.

Riot itself tells you that the system is rigged in its matchmaking description, so I dont understand why you say otherwise, tbh.

There's no point in continuing this discussion, you've convinced yourself that it's rigged and won't listen to anything to the contrary. So have a good night, friend.

And you get punished (flagged afk) for not wanting to play with intentional afk'er. Riot does this on purpose to force the player into accepting the loss placement system. 5v5 win 5v5 win placed in afk group 3v5 lose 3v5 lose 5v5 win 3v5 lose 3v5 lose 5v5 win 5v5 win 5v5 win 3v5 lose...... forever... and ever... and ever... Epic used the same system on Paragon these companies are just masters of deception. All of these game companies need to be re-vamped with "fun" as the factor not "manipulation". Greed and the love of money is the only thing they care about. its ok to want money.. but the "love" of money is the root of all evil.

BRINGING IT ALL TOGETHER!!!

These all throw curveballs at the matchmaker, forcing it to weigh one aspect more heavily than the others. There are also factors that affect the perception of a fair match:

There are also factors that affect the perception of a fair match:

One or more players trying an off-position
One or more players trying an unfamiliar champion
An otherwise fair match in which one lane has an unfair matchup
Games can snowball out of control with early game champions or assassins, for example
Sometimes, players just have bad games!

So Riot is admitting to fucking you in ranked games intentionally for the following reasons: your opponent is playing a role other than his main or doesnt have a main so riot games gives a competitive advantage against you (better teammates)

your opponent doesn't have as many games on his champ as you do on yours (progression) because he doesn't practice as much as you so again were going to give him a competitive advantage against you for that (even better teammates)

you are a lot better than the scrub that riot games put in top lane to face you so hes going to get a competitive advantage for that (even better teammates)

BRINING IT ALL TOGETHER WE CAN SEE HOW RIOT INTENTIONALLY FUCKS OVER EXPERIENCED PLAYERS IN LOW ELO STOP TRYING TO TWEAK MATCHMAKING WE DON'T WANT TO BE PENALIZED FOR LEARNING HOW TO OFF-ROLE, PRACTICING COUNTER PICKS OR FOR HAVING A MAIN!!! WE DON'T WANT TO BE PENALIZED FOR BEING BETTER THAN OUR LANE OPPONENT!!! WE WANT FAIR GAMES BASED ON MMR AND ONLY MMR... YOU'VE RUINED YOUR GAME...

EVERY SINGLE GAME MY TEAMS RANK IS SPREAD OVER 3-4 DIVISIONS... AN ENTIRE LEAGUE... EVERY SINGLE GAME... LITERALLY THROWING OUT ALL OF THE SKILL-SETS AND MAKING THE GAME IS PURELY BASED ON THE LOWEST COMMON DENOMINATOR, THE WORST PLAYERS ON THE TEAM AND YOU'VE ALREADY GUARANTEED THAT BETTER MORE EXPERIENCED PLAYERS ARE ON THE WORSE TEAM, ITS LITERALLY A BLACK HOLE OF RIOTS OWN DESIGN!!!

Lol again let's go over it again shall we. You win games and your mmr raises so your placed with better players not sure why people don't get that
