So exactly what can we expect with the Yasuo nerfs?

Riot mentioned not to long ago that they thought Yasuo was to strong (Which he is) and will be getting hit with the nerf hammer fairly soon. Have we decided exactly what's going to be nerfed? (As much as I'd love to see his double crit passive removed we all know that's not going to happen) I mean how do you balance one of the strongest champions who sole premises is based around Mobility and Free crit power?

I'm expecting a love tap, honestly. His win/play stats say his power isn't especially outstanding, and this seems like it'll be like what they did to Zed's Q, where you need to stack them to do damage; which is to say a nerf to throw the community a bone.

Is it possible to remove the "Ignore Armor" portion of his ult without gutting its or Yasuo's power?
