fiora scales a little too well, too fast

just had a game where i was 4/2 by 15 as malphite. obviously i couldnt out duel her in lane so the kills i got were her mistakes. the problem is that regardless of her early mistakes she scaled incredibly. now i know malphite stacks health and armor and fiora does true damage but its just a bit funny that not only does she get the true damage but move speed (from her passive and BC) and heals (from her passive and hydra). does she need the excess move speed to kill tanks? i hardly had any MS anyway
