I'm starting to see multiple tank teams again that are unstoppable, i've faced the same comp about 10 times now in the past 30 games, alistar, malphite, sion, and basically the CC, engage, damage and sustain are way too high, the ONLY people that can do anything to them are ADCs with high crit and last whisper, mages don't do anything to them, they don't have a statikk shiv or phantom dancer equivalent, and void staff just doesn't give the same feel as last whisper IMO

The damage dealers have been nerfed too much and sion/alistar's tankiness is way over tuned...i want to add Leona to the list but she's actually not quite as bad...I really don't want season 2/3 back, if you're going to nerf everyone's damage please at least offer items that increase the damage again so that a choice has to be made to be high damage glass cannon and that that is actually an option, because right now i'm getting sick of playing the game having to run a bunch of tanks and have a limp noodle fight for 6 minutes before someone finally dies

Since it it not every game and i assume the winrate is not very high either then what you are talking about is exactly what riot wanted for this season: strategic diversity.

There you go tanks are now viable.

being viable and being a free win when chosen are different things though, when a situation is created where, if you don't respond with X and X is terribly boring and slow, it creates a problem, no one wanted 3 tank 2 bruiser battles, that's why it was gotten rid of...now the power creep is insane as they're nerfing damage dealers so much

anyways, the only damage dealers being nerfed are burst assassins and mages... who frankly has never targeted tanks to begin with so nothing has really changed

adc with high crit and last whispers are literally in every game no worries adcs destroyed tanks before... and they will continue to do it now cuz bork didnt change lol nope, last whisper didnt change, vayne and kogmaw didnt change either

this is the problem, when teams go 3 tanks, one adc cannot take them all down, what i'm saying is there isn't counter play to this build and if it's not dealt with it's going to be all you ever see and the game will become horrible again

if it hasnt been an issue before, I'm not convinced its an issue now

Leona supp hyper tank top and tank jungler not the most off meta thing ever, people do it pretty often...

There are many tank busting options and other things still available. Beside the only thing nerfed was assassins which tanks where anyway meant to counter by peeling them from their adc's. You can still kill the one damage dealer with the tanks and the tanks still only deal little to no damage.
