Hit late-game vs Poppy, and even if you outplay her perfectly, it doesn't matter. She still ignores 4/5 people when ulting, so you can't peel her no matter how good you are, she can build pure AD and deal tons of MAGIC damage, so you can't build defense against her, etc.
But this is all a broken record to Riot, so downvote away.
