The one change i think abyssal scepter needs
It gives CDR when built yet none of its components offer that CDR in its build path. It makes the item painful to build early without the option to build the CDR aspect of the item first.

LordGeovanni1 votesI think it should increase the holders magic damage about 5-8%More stacking with the aura. But also an aura to prevent mage abuse. To make up for cutting 50 hp ( I think) and 5 magic resist from when it was banshees veil. Not to mention banshees veil got 10 more ap than abyssal had. Wasnt the point for mages to benifit from tanks building it
