I don't understand the point of Jarvan IV shield
I have just played him and I don't get it, what I am supposed to do with 4% max HP shield?
The Randuinn effect is pretty good, but they should probably consider buffing that shield value somehow.

Yasuo has Windwall Fiora has Parry Irelia has Blade Dance Older divers like Riven, Vi, Diana, and Jarvan have shields.
