I don't think it's fair how low his cd rate actually is for an ult that can revive someone to max hp. His bombs are already way to spammy as is and their range for their aoe is huge and even stun people. Like Zilean needs some nerfs. That GA ult needs to have a bigger cool down time.
Hotarµ1 votesHis bombs can be dodged by almost anyone as they're very telegraphed, he's squishy, has no shields, his only form of mobility is a single target speed boost, can't reliably peel for his carry if playing support and lacks consistent damage if played mid.
His ultimate is basically the only thing he's got going for him right now until he gets a rework. I think it's a strong ultimate but nowhere near as strong as you're making it out to be.
