A new concept on pre-game dodging

Let's be honest. We've all been there when the trolls ruin things for you. And who pays the price? You or your teammate who dodged to avoid a sure loss. Who get's away with it? The troll. Riot has no way to prevent them from doing this but expect you to take the loss just so you can report it.....Doesn't really seem like it's working now does it...So here's the thought.

What if everyone got ONE free game dodge "token" every 10 games played. Similar to ARAM and it's rereoll system, this allows you to dodge without penality of IP or leaver buster. Being only able to do this 10% or less of your games does not make this abusable, but it does allow some recorse to avoid double jeopardy because of trolls. Everyone has seen it, so it's not like this is a sparse problem. Everyone at some time had been held victim to someone's malicious attempts of a troll. The biggest problem is the only person who suffers is NOT even the troll. Hell they can even make a new account if they are banned, do you really think they care about that? At least give us something to defend ourselves against this insanity.

One token per 10 games is, at its very highest use, 10% of all games. If you must make it 20, so be it. But I do not think it is too much to ask.
