Lethality is shit against tanks; Please don't use that argument.

Having 30 armor pen at lvl 18 isn't much against a tank.

you can easily get enough lethality to make a whole tank item worth of armor and more. 0 worth.

You can get a max of 75 Lethality(With Runes); Which at LVL 18 is 75 Armor Pen.

But for about 75% of the game you will be around an average of 50 Armor pen (If you had max the whole game)

Which you won't; So expect the enemy to have between 15-35 Armor pen for most of the game if they are rushing lethality.

Doesn't seem in the least bit broken considering you have to dedicate your runes to it, item build it FIRSt, and wait till lvl 18 for full effect.

75 lethality + 45% bonus armor pen + % pen from masteries.

Do the math, be surprised.

Edit: this guy did it already, looks correct at a glance http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/gameplay-balance/tXAZFkHW-holy-shit-lethality-is-op

so if you take full lethality runes/masteries and build every bit of lethality you can, you negate one item.

If you want to negate a full defensive item worth of armor using Lethality, you need Lethality runes and three Lethality items.

If you want to negate a full defensive item worth of armor using Lord Dominik's Regards, the target needs to have two armor items.

"im gonna jump in 1v5 and bitch when i get melted"

I seriously don't understand how people fail to play one of the most straightforward classes in the game.
