Should Zoe get Active items from her Spell Thief?

It's called Spell Thief, not Active Item Thief. There's far too much RNG tied into one spell. You could be the luckiest Zoe and get multiple redemptions and protobelts in lane and basically win because you got lucky. But you could be unlucky and get Randuins omen and get punished.

While it's fine that she can get pretty lucky with Summoner spells like TP early, as many people said certain Summoner Spells should be locked behind a level gate so she doesn't get TP until later. It adds a level of unfairness.
