Every promotional

Defeat after defeat after defeat after defeat after defeat after defeat after defeat.

Yet, i'm not in Promos. Victory after victory after victory after victory after victory.

And they ask me why i'm not grouping?

Sorry? We have to turtle in base, in order to group, when we have the advantage? How about since you don't know how to win the game, you follow me, since I do know how to win the game, and you protect me and complete the objectives that I am working on. Instead of walking around in circles avoiding Leaver Buster.

I feel you, brother. It happens to me everytime. My only advice is this:

  1. Don't say you're in promos to anyone.
  2. Get into an emotionless, calm state before queueing - avoid coffee
  3. Let that B5 wave slam into you.
  4. Take the most snow-balling, tower destroying monster champs - whether they fit the role or not. Remember, this is your promo and you're going to have an AFK anyway
  5. Mute everyone immediately - let them know you're doing it.
  6. Find someone to duo with.

Here's the deal, riot only wants you to win 50% of your games, everyone has a 50/50 win rate. To get to your promos you have to go on a win streak, then riot balances your streak by making you lose.

There's nothing that you can do to alter the destiny of the situation.

It has nothing to do with supposed to be having a 50% win ratio, it has to do with specifically being placed with people who don't know how to win the game, in your promos.

"I think surviving to the point where we lose the game but I maintain a good KDR, which is absolutely invisible to everyone INCLUDING myself, is how the game is supposed to be played." - Go shoot yourself, please, with a 357. to the head.

"I think pushing mid after we've taken bottom inhibitor is the next best objective to complete, instead of top which is further away and more difficult to defend against. But let's take mid, so they can defend mega creeps from bottom lane by taking 2 steps, instead of 4." "Please bud, like 2 seconds is going to make a difference in the outcome of the game." - Take the shotgun, repeat the step above.

"Hey, our ADC is extremely fed, let's hide behind him and let him split push by himself instead of grouping WITH him, after all we're 20/20/20/20/20 to decide who should follow who." But it's ALWAYS the four individuals who think turtling is more important than being offensive and taking objectives, instead of allowing our opponents to acquire them.)
