That's not even a movespeed build. That's pretty standard.
Add a lich bane and maybe twin shadows (to help snipe and add MS)?
Its great esp if you go mejais with it. DPS from safe distance. Only downside is no longer build 
to synergize with her passive , unless you get both ludens as well.
Cant lie, i love stacking movement speed items on Mages so i can go fast.
