depends on where your waves are, if its pushed back to your tower, be there, if you pushing it too hard and it goes too deep, usually roaming mid is a great idea. sometimes top, look for getting ward coverage in topside jungle possibly if you can get there, relive or snowball mid, rift herald. ect. though at the 4 minute mark it will be rare for you to have your vision quest done, so its probably best try to surprise gank mid and/or top then hurry back to lane for a bit.

If your top laner won't get bodied, swap with them.
