Any plans to make this broken Champ less broken?

This champ has been highly problematic in solo queue for a very long time and also recently picked up popularity in pro play performing very successfully at that. His broken stealth mechanic and ultimate both need to be addressed theres something wrong when most twitch mains have winrates around 70%. He doesnt fall short in the overall winrate department either usually sitting close to 55%. His lategame is absolutely ridiculous but his early and mid game arent nowhere near as bad as they should be largely because hes got too many other good things going for himself like snowballing very hard amazing synergy with runaans and above all, the broken stealth mechanic with its many applications (escaping, ambushing, getting free stats etc). Somethings got to go.
