Depends on your rank.

I would ban Lee sin every game if i was gold or lower. It's either a smurf on the other team that's going to ruin your day - or some dummy on your team who is going to kick away the ADC

I always ban Tahm Kench because he is annoying to play against and risky to have on your team.
