stealth champions are too op for the jungle

Had a shaco follow me around stealth, and ignite everytime my health got low, killed me, then took the buff. He did this 3-4 times, what can I do about it? nothing. That's a serious problem and honestly champions don't need long stealth like that. After he did this, enemy all started on the free for all, so all 5 enemy would be in my jg all game to farm and kill me since I was now behind in level(why farm minions in lane right?).
